Questions.

Who are you?

A brand-new label built in 48 hours on a bike ride from Dorset to Cornwall. Behind it is one real person, Jim, who answers every email himself. Read the About page for the full story.

Why does KOSEL exist?

To prove that one crazy idea, acted on fast, can change the course of your life. The Wave Project is who benefits from every sale. That's the point of the shirts. Proving it can be done is the point of the brand.

What does KOSEL mean?

It's Cornish for calm. Say it koz-el. It's the calm that comes after the overwhelm.

Where does the money go?

At least £10 from every garment goes to The Wave Project. The exact amount can be a little more depending on shipping costs and taxes in your country, but £10 is the floor, never the ceiling.

Who are The Wave Project?

A Cornish charity that runs surf therapy for young people, helping them build confidence, resilience and calm through time in the sea.

Why £29.99?

Because every tee is made individually, one at a time, when you order it. There's no warehouse and no bulk run. That costs more per shirt than mass production, and we've set the price so that each one can still give at least £10 to The Wave Project.

Where are the tees made?

Printed to order in the USA.

How long will my order take?

Each tee is printed when you order it, so allow 10 to 14 days for it to reach you. We'd rather make one shirt that someone actually wants than a thousand that sit in a box.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping rates are calculated per order at checkout, based on where you are.

What about customs and taxes outside the UK?

Depending on your country, local duties or taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us.

Can I return it?

Yes. If it's not right, return it within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. You cover the return postage.

Can I exchange it for a different size?

We don't do exchanges, because every shirt is made to order. Return it within 14 days for a full refund and order the size you need.

How do I pick my size?

Every product has its own size chart on its page. Please check it before you order; it's the best way to get it right first time.

How do I look after it?

Care instructions are on each product page.

Is this a limited run?

The Wave Project drop is limited. The shop stays open as long as people keep ordering, then it closes. If you want one, don't wait.

Can I support The Wave Project without buying a shirt?

Yes, and please do. You can give directly to The Wave Project at any time.

I have a question that isn't here.

Email Jim. jimedmondsonsurf@gmail.com. A real person, a real inbox, usually a quick reply, unless he's on a bike or in the sea.
